Year 5 Transition
We’re thrilled that you’re considering the next chapter of your child’s education with us, and we can’t wait to meet you! To learn more about our school please follow our social media channels where you will see a whole host of both curricular and extracurricular opportunities available to our students and families.
Our Primary Outreach team is currently visiting several local schools, delivering hands-on lessons and engaging activities led by our talented teaching team. This year, we’re offering a variety of fun sessions including:
- An Introduction to Scratch programming,
- Vocal lessons through our One Voice programme,
- Chair drumming,
- Performance Poetry,
- Yoga and Mindfulness.
We’re always eager to hear new ideas! If your child’s school would like us to visit with a special activity, don’t hesitate to get in touch. We love bringing fresh experiences to local schools!
Taster Day and Open Evening in October
We look forward to inviting your child to a full taster day with their primary school in October. This will be followed by our annual Open Evening, providing you with the opportunity to visit our state-of-the-art new build facilities and meet our dedicated team of staff and student guides. Details of both events will be sent to your child’s primary school and posted on social media.

Year 5 – Primary Taster Lessons



Our teachers visit local primary schools delivering taster lessons! This term our expressive arts team are out in local schools delivering:
- Chair drumming lessons
- Singing and vocal coaching
- One Voice show coaching
- Drama lessons
